Customer satisfaction is of great importance to us and at TC Harrison we are committed to providing customers with the best possible levels of service and customer care in our industry.
It is because of this that we have invested heavily in creating a National Customer Service Centre that employs fully trained Customer Service Advisors who can deal with all our customer needs.
We understand that our customers lead busy and hectic lives, so it is therefore our objective to make the maintenance of their vehicle as convenient and stress free as possible.
We do this by telephoning customers three weeks in advance of any servicing requirement to schedule an appointment for either their service or MOT. The work can be carried out in either of our service or Rapid Fit departments. We can also make a provision for a courtesy car, collection and delivery or arrange a lift to and from either work or town.
We also telephone our customers after they have purchased or had their vehicle serviced to ensure that they are completely satisfied. All of these results are monitored to ensure that we excel in customer satisfaction.
