What can customers expect at a TC Harrison FordStore?


Customer needs are at the forefront of our new FordStores in Derby and Peterborough. Designed to be warm, welcoming environments, which are easy to navigate, our FordStores cater for all types of Ford customer, whether you are browsing for the first time or if you have thoroughly researched your choices online.

Ford fans and owners can look forward to being among the first to see a regular stream of high-end variants of existing best-selling and totally new Ford models at our FordStores - such as the new Ford Mustang and Ford Focus RS, both sold exclusively through the FordStore network in the UK.

As befits the prestige nature of the vehicles in which the FordStore dealerships specialise, Ford has trained a select team of staff to become dedicated customer managers, and visitors are welcomed to relax in our comfortable lounge areas, whilst being guided over the full range of Ford vehicles and services available. At TC Harrison FordStores we've also invested in the aftersales service side of our business, so that it too, also reflects this prestige offering.

Customer Experience Zones

Each FordStore is divided into clearly visible zones, with easily understandable names:

 

  • The “hello” zone, with “ask me” signs is our welcoming reception area.

  • Servicing enquiries are handled in the “care” zone and customers can wait in comfort for their cars in the "relax" zone.

  • An inviting “discover” zone also offers easy accessible information from tablet devices, brochures, samples and a 3D one-to-one video wall enabling customers to configure the Ford of their choice, and see it in actual size.

Dedicated Transit Centres

FordStores also have dedicated areas for Transit and business customers as an integral part of our operation.

 

Our new Ford Transit Centres at Derby and Peterborough offer new high-tech showrooms, elevated after sales and service standards, as well as extended opening and service hours to enable customers to fit in their visits around their regular schedules.

Easy to Navigate Vehicle Displays

Ford vehicles are displayed in a FordStore with clear halo lighting and identifiable floor plinths making them easy to find and compare.

 

Ford’s line-up of SUVs, including Kuga, EcoSport, and the forthcoming all-new Edge will all be displayed alongside each other. As well as the Ford 'MAX' family and other family friendly vehicles in the range.

Ford Performance

All Ford performance vehicles including the all-new Ford Focus RS, the Focus ST, and the Fiesta ST will be displayed together, making it easier for you to understand the similarities and differences among the range


You'll also have the opportunity to talk to our specialists who understand the particular wants and needs of any performance based Ford customer.

The New Ford Mustang

FordStores will also be the only place that you can expect to buy the latest generation iconic Ford Mustang in either Fastback or Convertible form. 


Exclusive to FordStores in the UK and available for the first time in right-hand drive, the new Ford Mustang can be chosen with the astounding 5.0 litre V8, or the more economical 2.3 EcoBoost engine.

FordStore Vignale Lounge Areas

The Ford Vignale range, exclusive to FordStores, combines traditional coach-building, contemporary design and cutting-edge technology. Launched with the Mondeo Vignale, new models will also include the S-MAX and Edge coming soon.

 

Our FordStore Vignale Lounge areas are designed for individuals demanding quality and a personalised service from a dedicated relationship manager, in a luxurious, sensorial environment, that complements the Vignale vehicle range perfectly.
