The Harrison family The secret of Cuth Harrison's success was undoubtedly his unique ability to attract customers, and to look after them so well that they never needed to shop for their vehicles elsewhere. Following Cuth's death in 1981, this fundamental principle was upheld not only by the succeeding Chairman - Cuth's eldest son Edward but also by John his younger son. Edwards' son William and John's sons, James and Jonathan share the roles of joint group Managing Directors covering all aspects of the group activities.
Today the company is headed by Chairman Mike Muscroft who is supported by James, Jonathan and William who like their grandfather Cuth, believe implicitly in total customer satisfaction.
They clearly see consistent, friendly, efficiently service to the customer as the company's central belief. It stands today, as it stood in Cuth Harrison's day, the foundation upon which to build a secure and profitable future.
