Ford have now brought an end to the current Fiesta ST model range with a new even hotter version. Dubbed the Fiesta ST200, the new hot-hatch benefits from a few tweaks under the hood to generate 197bhp (200PS). However, as the new ST200 also features the same overboost feature as the current Fiesta ST, this rockets to 212bhp all from the same 1.6ltr turbocharged EcoBoost engine.
Extensive Modifications
Whilst there are a number of Mountune supplied tuning options already available for the Fiesta ST, the new ST200 has the following enhancements over the stock model:
- Shortened Final Drive
- Enhanced Torque Vectoring Control - to help get the increased power onto the road
- Increased stiffness to rear anti roll bar
- Shortened Steering Arm
- Reduction of 15mm to front and rear ride height
- Beefier rear brakes
More Aggressive Appearance
The new ST200 only features in an all new paint colour, Storm Grey. There's also exclusive 17inch matt black alloy wheels and menacing bright red brake calipers. The interior also received a refresh with silver stitching and details added to the stock part-leather Recaro seats, as well as illuminated sill plates and silver seatbelts.
