Both Trail Vans come with the intelligent mechanical limited-slip differential system (mLSD) as standard. All-Wheel Drive replaces the mLSD and provides the base rear-wheel-drive configuration, and in return, you get a smooth and more confident drive.
 
Both Transit Trail and Transit Custom Trail are powered by Ford's sophisticated 2.0-litre Ford Ecoblue diesel engine with a choice of up to 185 PS of horsepower. However, the Transit Custom Trail is also available as a mild hybrid powertrain, this provides lower emissions and reduces/saves fuel consumption by using a 48-volt battery to and save energy that we would typically lose.
