Safeguarding and Social Distancing Guidance For All Customers

As the UK prepares to return to normal, it is important that we all continue to be vigilant and control the spread of Coronavirus.  Face coverings, social distancing and the use of one-way systems continue to be mandatory for everyone visiting our dealerships.

Our prime focus is everyone's safety and maintaining social distancing for both customers and staff. At TCH, we would like to reassure you that we are following the latest Government advice and all sites will continue to feature the following steps to help maintain social distancing and reduce direct contact as much as possible:
TC Harrison will be limiting the number of people on dealership premises at any one time and will ask that customers endeavour to ensure that they attend individually where possible for service bookings and ideally no more than 2 people for vehicle handovers and to view vehicles after non-essential shopping restrictions end, which is currently scheduled for 12 April 2021.

Further safety measures include:

  • Face coverings are mandatory for anyone stepping inside our dealerships, this will be mirrored by all our customer-facing staff and anyone entering customer spaces.
  •
  • Customer Flow Management Systems: we have introduced one way routes taking you to reception and to your exit from the dealership, while maintaining the 2m distancing rule.
  •
  • Public Hand Sanitiser stations with PPE available upon request.
  •
  • TCH Reception staff have relevant PPE and guidance on use for your protection.
  •
  • Protective Screens in customer contact areas for any necessary face to face discussions with our service advisors and sales teams.
  •
  • TCH encourages card payments or bank transfers to remove the need to handle money when paying invoices.
  •
  • Technicians have relevant PPE including sanitiser, gloves, seat covers, face shields etc, while working on vehicles.
  •
  • Vehicle keys will be sanitised and protected prior to collection.
  •
  • Technicians are using Virucidal disinfectant to wipe touch points within the vehicle after work is completed*

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has continued to use our facilities during the pandemic and we look forward to welcoming you back to our dealerships very soon.

The 'Road to Recovery' starts now.

Stay Home. Protect the NHS. Save Lives.

Although we can ensure you of our best endeavours and the use of a disinfectant that gives virucidal activity against viruses including Coronavirus, influenza etc, TCH would encourage all customers to take induvial responsibility in maintaining good hygiene disciplines within your own vehicle after other people have been in it.
