We are proud to announce the opening of our dedicated Ford Transit Service Centre at our Derby Pride Park Transit Centre.
Boasting a dedicated service reception area, specialist Ford-trained Transit Technicians and equipment, our new centre aims to further enhance our renowned customer experience. The dedicated centre will also be home to high-capacity service ramps, specifically designed for commercial vehicles.
In addition, there will be the usual comprehensive dealer workshop facilities available to TCH customers including courtesy vehicles and an on-site Ford approved Accident Repair Centre. Later in the year we will also open our premium Transit waiting area, once social distancing rules allow us to. This new Transit service and repair solution will result in us being able to off an unrivalled service to all commercial customers.
To greater enhance customer service, Ford have introduced a mobile service facility , which means larger vehicle fleets can now benefit from servicing, maintenance and warranty repairs all at a local address to suit you.
Our mobile servicing vans are fully equipped to handle a wide range of servicing and maintenance work. You can also trust the quality of this work to be of usual Ford standard with full qualified Ford-technicians working on your vehicle using the latest Ford diagnostic equipment and genuine Ford parts. With this service, we are able to service all commercial vehicles all in one convenient location to suit you.
