A great feature of mild hybrid vehicles is that there is no requirement to plug the battery into a power source, as it automatically recharges by regenerative braking during coasting and braking. These features are great for capturing energy which is usually lost, therefore helping increase fuel economy and reducing emissions.
 
Alongside the new hybrid technology, Ford has also introduced new driver assistance technology. This includes adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go and Speed Sign Recognition. These incredibly smart features reduce stress during long trips and busy built-up areas.
