Customer Notice - COVID-19 (coronavirus)

Following the announcement from the UK Government on 31 October 2020 regarding the new National COVID-19 lockdown, I would like to reassure and advise all customers that all TC Harrison dealerships will remain fully open as usual until the close of business on 4 November 2020.

Effective 5 November 2020, all of our service departments will operate for essential service, MOT and repair work on an appointment/booking basis with a reduced level of staff, all working COVID safely. Our showrooms and physical sales areas will strictly be closed to the public from 5 November 2020 until further notice, so please do not visit these areas. During this time our sales Teams and finance professionals will be available remotely by phone, live chat or email. This process will enable our customers to communicate with us, view cars and watch videos of our stock so that they can reserve cars and vans for a COVID-19 safe confirmation and collection, either by strict ‘click, reserve and collect’ appointments during the lockdown, or by a pre-determined collection date following lockdown. This will enable all customers to take full advantage of the great deals and finance offers available from us right now via our offers page, safe in the knowledge that your car or commercial vehicle will be reserved to you pending a safe collection at a time that entirely suits your preferences.  

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all customers, both previous and new to TC Harrison, for your valued business at this difficult time for us all. Please be reassured that our entire Team are working hard with you on an appointment-only basis with social distancing, safe working environments and with your health and safety as our main priority.
