The world's best selling van, the Ford Transit, is joining the growing Ford electric stable. An all-electric version of the Transit will go sale in 2021.
The all-new electric offering will arm business customers with a host of technological solutions, from high-speed in-vehicle data connection to Ford Pass Pro. Whilst Fleet customers can take advantage data collected through Ford Telematics and Ford Data Services for real-time GPS tracking, vehicle diagnostics and geo-fencing, offering pwoer metrics at a galance.
Transit drivers will benefit from intuative driver assistance technologies including; Pre-Collison Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, Post-Collision Braking, Auto High-beam headlamps and Lane-keeping System.
