As the impact of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to gather momentum, I am writing to reassure you that we are continuing to operate to our traditional levels of customer service at TC Harrison, with all departments open for business.
Since the news made the headlines we have been taking a very proactive approach and ensuring that we are monitoring the government guidelines daily and following recommendations. The Team at TC Harrison is being kept well informed through departmental meetings and daily briefings. We have taken extra measures to ensure all our staff are safe and operate in the safest ways at the dealership or whilst collecting or delivering vehicles from your premises. The entire team is playing their part by politely avoiding the temptation to shake hands with our customers and we are ensuring everyone is washing their hands and sanitising at very regular intervals.
For those of you that have a vehicle booked (or are considering booking a vehicle) with us for service or repair work, we will gladly offer a collection and delivery service. If you have a New or Used vehicle on order with us, please be rest assured that we currently have sufficient resources to inspect and prepare your vehicle to our traditional high standards. Our valeting team are also taking appropriate precautions when cleaning and finishing vehicles in readiness for handover.
We must stress that none of our staff have received any positive tests, but we are not complacent and we are closely monitoring this and will be adapting to the changing situation wherever possible to do so.
