You'll be joining our small Call Centre team based in our Flagship Derby Dealership.
What you’ll be doing is contacting existing customers to discuss their MOT & servicing needs, when they are due and to complete the booking to tailor to the customers’ requirements. As well as taking inbound and outbound calls relating to service/MOT appointments.
We’re aiming to recruit you if you’re willing to work full time and happy with shift work, to cover the busy periods of the day.
Ideally, you will have the following:
Confident & friendly telephone manner
Empathy & patience with clients
Minimum basic computer skills
Motivation to hit targets
Reliable and dilegent approach to working
