You'll be joining our small Call Centre team based in our Flagship Peterborough Dealership.
What you’ll be doing is contacting existing customers to discuss their parts needs, also dealing with suppliers and internal staff alike.
Full training will be given, but experience in a busy trade desk environment would be beneficial.
We’re aiming to recruit you if you’re willing to work full time and happy with shift work, to cover the busy periods of the day.
Ideally, you will have the following:
Confident & friendly telephone manner
Empathy & patience with clients
Minimum basic computer skills
Motivation to hit targets
Reliable and diligent approach to working
