If your vehicle suffers an unexpected breakdown and if you’re covered by TCH Recover (Powered by GenAssist), just give us a call and we’ll get someone out to you as quickly as we can, 24 hours a day.
If we’re unable to fix the vehicle at the roadside, don’t worry, we can still help. We can provide a replacement vehicle, organise costs for alternative travel to your destination, or even cover hotel accommodation for you and your passengers.
Whoever is driving your car will receive the full level of assistance if the vehicle experiences a Mechanical breakdown. So, if your daughter borrows the car and she gets a flat tyre, she’s covered!
You’re at home and cannot start your car on a cold winter morning? Don’t worry! We will aim, subject to weather/workload conditions, to be with you within 1 hour to keep your day moving.
Wherever and whenever you need assistance, our average response time to a breakdown is only 40 minutes.
If we can’t get your vehicle started, we will take you and your vehicle to a UK destination of your choice, such as your home or a local garage!
We can arrange to transport up to an additional 6 people while recovering your vehicle.
When you book a Ford Scheduled Service at any of our TC Harrison dealerships, for just an additonal £39.99 (inc. VAT), we’ll provide you with 12 months Roadside Assistance, which will keep you covered throughout the UK.

*Terms & Conditions Roadside Assistance is available for all retail customers booking a Scheduled Service with any TC Harrison Ford dealership only. Roadside Assistance is not available on any Commercial Vehicles. Roadside assistance is provided by our partner company GenAssist and is valid for UK breakdowns only. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please inform your service advisor when presenting your vehicle at the dealership. Please note: Roadside Assistance will be activated after the completion of the relevant service and will be valid for 12 calendar months from that date. GenAssist cover applies only to the vehicle registered and its register keeper. GenAssist is strictly an emergency breakdown facility only, and for any minor temporary repairs that are feasible to be carried out by the operator to mobilise the vehicle at the roadside. Permanent repairs must be followed up as soon as practicable at the users expense. GenAssist does NOT cover attendance after an accident or following a breakdown which is the result of fire, theft, or act of vandalism. GenAssist also does NOT cover ferry and toll fees, vehicle storage charges, any charges made to return the vehicle to the highway, vehicles immobilised by snow, flood or water, and the cost of replacement parts, fuel, oil, keys, etc. GenAssist will NOT provide service for breakdowns that occurred prior to cover being purchased. There is no guarantee of continuous cover and TC Harrison may cancel a GenAssist at it’s discretion and any time by way of a full refund of the £39.99 purchase price. ^Correct at time of publication
