These offers supersede all previous. Finance is subject to status and available to customers over 18 – guarantees and indemnities may be required. A finance facility fee (where applicable) is an additional charge for the supply of credit and is payable with the first instalment. You will not own the vehicle until all repayments have been made.
All offers are available for eligible new vehicles that are available from our limited existing stock, or are available to order from Ford Motor Company. Vehicles must be contracted between 1 October and 31 December 2025 and registered by 30 June 2026.
At the end of the Ford Options credit agreement there are 3 options: (1) Renew - part exchange the vehicle (2) Retain - pay the Optional Final Payment to own the vehicle or (3) Return the vehicle - further charges may be made subject to condition/mileage. Finance example is based on Ford Options with varied miles per annum – finance arrangements and mileage limits are personal to individuals/circumstances, Options and quoted mileage limits may not suit all customers; quotes for other finance packages and mileage bands are available on request – customers should consider all alternatives prior to proceeding with finance. Customers must prove:
• Ownership of a Pick-Up Vehicle (Ford or non-Ford) that is any age. There is no length of ownership requirement.
• The eligible Trade-In vehicle does not need to be part exchanged or in the case of Ford Lease returned.
• A copy of the eligible vehicles, V5 or current Ford Lease Agreement/Contract, is required and is to be retained in the deal file for audit purposes
• The new vehicle must be registered in the same name and address as detailed on the eligible vehicles V5 or current Ford Lease Agreement/Contract
• If the address on the Trade-In eligible vehicles V5 or current Ford Lease Agreement/Contract is different to that of the customers current address, proof of current address will be required and is to be retained in the deal file. Acceptable examples of proof are a current driving license or utility bill. The vehicle can then be registered to the customers current address
• Spouses of eligible Trade-In vehicle owners are permitted to purchase a new vehicle in their own Name. E.g. Mr Smith is the owner on the V5 or current Ford Lease Agreement/Contract of an eligible Trade-In vehicle, but the new vehicle will be registered in the name of Mrs Smith. In this instance proof of marriage and same address is required in the form of a marriage certificate and utility bill/driving license, and copies of these documents are required to be retained in the deal file
• Common-law Partners of eligible Trade-In vehicle owners are permitted to purchase a new vehicle in their own Name. E.g. Mr Smith is the owner on the V5 or current Ford Lease Agreement/Contract of an eligible Trade-In vehicle, but the new vehicle will be registered in the name of Miss Jones. In this instance proof of same address for more than 1 year is required in the form of utility bills and driving licenses, and copies of these documents are required to be retained in the deal file
• In the event that a customer requests to register their new vehicle in a company name or different personal name to the name that appears on V5 or current Ford Lease Agreement/Contract of the eligible Trade-In vehicle or a different company address to that of the Trade-In eligible vehicle, the following rules must apply:
- There must be proof that the customer or business that owns the Trade-In vehicle is also the owner
or the owner of the business that the new vehicle is being registered to e.g. a current record from
Companies House should be retained in the deal file
- There must be proof of a change in business name or proof that the business that owns the Trade-
In vehicle and the business that is purchasing the new vehicle, are both owned by the customer.
e.g. a current record from Companies House should be retained in the deal file
• All required proof is to be retained in copy in the customer deal file
• It is NOT permitted for an individual to purchase a new vehicle under “Connecting Your Business” on behalf of a company. The owner of the new vehicle must be the same as the owner on the eligible vehicle V5 or current Ford Lease Agreement/Contract unless there is proof of the aforementioned circumstances in the deal file.
