Financial Disclosure

T. C. Harrison Group Limited, Milford House, Mill Street, Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE45 1HH trade as TC Harrison from several locations in the UK. We are motor dealers, and we also act as a credit broker in relation to financial products and not a lender. For customers requiring finance, we have an exclusive relationship with several key lenders, which are Ford Credit, Creation Finance, CA Auto finance, Santander Consumer, MotoNovo Finance, Mann Island Finance, and Evolution Funding. Our relationships are on an exclusive basis and as such we only submit new car and van finance proposals to Ford Credit (Ford), Creation (Omoda/Jaecoo), CA Auto Finance (KGM), used car proposals to Santander Consumer and MotoNovo, and used van proposals to Mann Island. If Santander Consumer, MotoNovo or Mann Island do not accept the finance proposals, we may then, with your consent and depending on your personal circumstances, also submit proposals for used vehicles on an exclusive basis to Evolution Funding, who are also a finance broker. You are not obliged to use these finance products which may have different interest rates and charges. The lenders we work with on an exclusive basis pay us a commission at different rates according to the product you select and/or your personal circumstances; we agree our fixed showroom interest rate for used cars and vans with the finance partners we work with and the commission we receive is calculated and paid to us accordingly by the finance house if we arrange finance on your behalf. Because of our exclusive relationships with our chosen finance partners, these offers/products may, in some circumstances, not be your best financing option available to you in the open market, and you are encouraged to consider this prior to proceeding with us. We do not search the full finance market or all potential funding routes, for example through personal loans. When you enter into a finance agreement with one of our chosen lenders, we will receive a commission which will be a fixed fee from Ford Credit or CA Auto Finance and a percentage of the finance balance from Santander Consumer, MotoNovo, Mann Island, or Evolution Funding; full details of the exact amount we would receive should you proceed with finance from us will be made available to you in good time before signing your finance agreement. As part of the interest charged to you in your repayments you will pay the lender for their costs including the commission they pay to us, this will impact on the amounts you pay throughout your agreement. We are not independent financial advisors, and we will only provide details of the products on an exclusive basis from lenders/brokers that we work with, but no advice or recommendation will be made. Used Car Stock Disclosure

Some of our vehicles have been sourced from manufacturer schemes or selected Fleets. As a result, whilst we can confirm the number of registered keepers, we cannot confirm how many drivers a vehicle has had. We can confirm that the vehicle has passed a comprehensive 75 point check carried out by a manufacturer approved technician and has a full HPI Provenance check.
