The annual TCH Car Show was once again a roaring success at both our Derby and Peterborough dealerships!
The events, which took place on Sunday 31st May in Peterborough and Sunday June 7th in Derby, welcomed car enthusiasts to display their vehicles in our showrooms and on our forecourts.
Every year, each car show hosts our very own TCH Car Show Awards. These are celebration of all things Ford, and recognise stellar examples of vehicles across various categories. This year, this included a special Best Fiesta Award to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of this special car.
We were lucky enough to secure guest judos at both of our Car Shows, to add an element of excitement to the awards. The guest judge for the TCH Car Show awards was Rob Doxey, a well-known figure in the automotive scene. Rob previously won the Best Retro Award at the 2023 show with his meticulously restored 1983 Fiesta XR2, a standout vehicle that has even been featured on an episode of Wheeler Dealers. In addition to his success in the show car world, he is the owner of Retorque Remaps, a respected tuning company, further highlighting his expertise and credibility as a judge for this year’s competition.

The guest judge for the TCH Car Show awards at the 2026 Peterborough event was Robert Cheesmur, who previously attended the show in 2025 alongside Retro Ford Magazine to cover the event for their September 2025 issue. His involvement brought valuable industry insight and media perspective to the judging process. For the 2026 show, all awards at Peterborough were uniquely supported through individual sponsorships from vendors and traders, adding an extra level of recognition and engagement from within the automotive community.
