At our recent SpudMan pop-up event in Derby, we had a powerful DJ booth playing all weekend to help entertain the crowds of fans queueing for a world-famous jacket potato.
Powering this was an E-Transit featuring Ford ProPower onboard. We weren't sure how much power this would take, so we had a Ford Ranger with the same tech ready as a standby, however it turned out we really didn't need a back-up!
To our amazement; after day one of constant use, it had only used 2% of the available charge, and by the end of the three-day event and constant use it had only consumed 7%.
What is Ford Pro Power Onboard?
Ford Pro Power Onboard gives you power when and where you need it. With 2.3kW of exportable energy available directly from your vehicle, you can run electric tools, lighting, laptops and other essential equipment on the go, removing the need for a separate fuel-driven generator.
