A COVID-19 update from TC Harrison Ford

I am sure we have all been slightly relieved to hear that the COVID-19 situation appears to be improving and the UK Government are guiding the country on our next stages of emerging from lockdown. It is important that this is done carefully and in a way that protects the Health and Safety of our customers and our Team at TC Harrison.

Following the Prime Minister’s statement in mid-May, we began a carefully structured plan to safely reopen all areas of our dealerships including showrooms and sales areas in the safest way possible on 1 June 2020, subject to the Government phasing conditions being met.

Our Service and repair departments have remained open throughout lockdown, albeit for key workers and urgent repairs only, but we are now opening all of our new and used car/commercial sales departments; we are also carefully opening our Parts and Accident repair centres from Monday 1 June 2020. Our prime objective is to ensure that your experience with us is safe; this means that we have made important changes to the ways we operate in dealerships to include customer volume management, one way systems, social distancing, effective use of PPE for staff and customers and updated cleaning and sanitising regimes. Some of these actions have understandably slowed our processes down and we would like to request patience as we work through this transition period. Please read our Social Distancing and Safeguarding Guidelines, to see the measures we have in place for the safety of our customers and our Team.

I would like to thank all of our customers and staff for your support and patience at this time and we look forward to welcoming customers to all areas of our dealerships from 1 June 2020.
